Mr. Bubacarr Drammeh is the Senior Human Resource Manager of GMA and the head of the Human Resource Department. Mr. Drammeh is responsible for recruitment, and management of employees with respect to staff welfare, staff remuneration, implementation of disciplinary measures, and administration of the Human Resource Management Information System. He analyses and modify compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive remuneration and ensure compliance with legal requirements. The Senior HR Manager also represents GMA at personnel related hearings and investigations. 

Mr. Drammeh advises the Director General on management practices and assists in the departmental manpower budgets, staff training plans and conditions of service for staff.

Mr. Drammeh has a master’s degree in Human Resource and Talent Management from Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya, UPC, Spain (2017-2018), a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from EAE Business School, Barcelona, Spain (2018-2019) and bachelor’s degree in Management from University of The Gambia, 2014.

Mr. Drammeh previously worked with the Gambia Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) as Human Resource Officer (2014-2019) and Senior Human Resource Officer (2019-2020), before joining GMA as Human Resource Manager.
