Bio

Mrs. Ancha Gaye is the Planning Manager of GMA and the head of the Planning Unit of the Administration. Her roles within the Administration includes, coordination with Heads of Department to develop GMA’s annual activity plan as well as monitoring and evaluating departmental activities/programmes. Madam Gaye advises and support the institutional arrangements necessary for the development, implementation and review of the business and strategic plans, annual budget review and identify priorities for adjustment, redesign and training as well as performance management and quality control.

The Planning Manager ensure compliance with legislation and keep up to date with The Gambian and international regulations. 

Mrs. Gaye has a Master of Science degree (Hons) in Business Administration from Caucasus University, Tbilisi, Georgia (2018-2021) and a Bsc. Degree in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of The Gambia (2014-2018).

She previously worked as an Assistant to the Director of International Relations Caucasus University, Tblisi, Georgia, (2018-2021), and Operations Manager at 
Euclid University Global Headquarters- Gambia ((2015-2018). Madam Gaye joined GMA in 2022.
