Mr. Ousman Touray is the Deputy Director General of GMA with over 27 years of experience in the maritime sector. As Deputy Director General, Mr. Touray is responsible for assisting the Director General in overseeing the overall strategic, operational, and administrative management of the GMA. The Deputy Director General provides leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates maritime programs, and promotes the development and implementation of policies to achieve the Administration's goals. He further supports the Director General in formulating, implementing, and reviewing policies and strategies for effective maritime governance.
